Social Media/Web Content Manager/Administrative Assistant

Job Location: Charlotte, NC

 

Robert Johnson Architects Inc is seeking someone with a positive attitude, detail-oriented, time management skills and multi-tasking ability individual.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

+ Directs the day-to-day updating, maintenance, and continuity of public media outlets, including Facebook, Instagram, and Website

+ Draft correspondences, AIA contracts, proposals and other formal documents

+ Perform other general office tasks

 

Requirements:

 

+ Basic graphic design and/or Adobe Creative Suite knowledge

+ Basic knowledge of photo/video editing

+ Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills

+ Ability to prioritize and think critically

+ Highly detail oriented
